Q: How do I stop my Trash from deleting?

Hi ..

When you click to, "Empty Trash", it empties all data at one time. Not separately.

You can't.

Don't put things in the trashcan if you want to keep them.

Relaunch the Finder, then from the Finder menu bar, select

          Finder ▹ Preferences... ▹ Advanced

and uncheck the box marked

          Empty Trash securely

Try again to empty the Trash.
