Oct 2, 2014 11:39 AM in response to Jackie1979111by randers4,If your phone is signed into your old ID and you have since updated the email address associated with this ID, you need to go to Settings>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with the updated ID. However, in order to sign out, you will need to provide the password for the old ID. In order to do this, you will need to follow the steps in this troubleshooting article: If you're asked for the password to your previous Apple ID when signing out of iCloud. If signing out and back into FaceTime and iMessage doesn't work, the second suggestion (changing your Apple ID temporarily) usually will.
