It seems like the top corner of my new iPhone 6 is darker than the rest of the screen. I took it too the Apple store and compared mine with a few other store models and told me it doesn't seem like a defect. He recommended me to play a movie with lots of colors to increase the chances of it it going away.
Not sure what to do at this point. Are all iPhone 6's supposed to be like this?
You have the problem on record with the store. Do as suggested and see if it goes away. If not go back to the store and show them it hasn't changed.
I have a similar problem with my iphone 6. Unfortunately for me, there isnt a single apple store in my country only 3rd party repair shops who are incapable of fixing the problem. I think its a hardware problem otherwise Apple would release software updates to fix this problem. Its so disturbing because I even called apple and my only option is to send the phone across to them.
