Photo book format.
How can I change the type of book (hard bound, softcover, etc.) once I have selected it? I have had soft covers printed and now prefer hard bound but I can't find the way to change the format.

Since you've upgraded your iPhone to iOS 8 iPhoto will no longer work on the iPhone. It's been discontinued. There's nothing you can do at this point.
