When I go into Settings > iCloud I don't have the switch to turn on/off iCloud drive, it is simply not there. Anyone also encountered this, and can it be fixed?
It has been like this from the start after updating to iOS8, and has not changed after updating to 8.0.2.

I am having the same issue on my iPhone 6 with iOS 8.1.2, however it seems to work fine on my iPad running iOS 8.1.2. Any help is greatly appreciated.
This is what 'helped' for me. I did a clean install (so didn't use a backup). It is some time ago and can't remember wether I reinstalled the backup after that or not. Hope this will help you too.
