My iPad will not load any videos it just loads and loads forever, but I can do internet searches and go on social media, without a problem. This doesn't let me watch any videos on social media. Does anybody know how I can fix this????

Did you even try any of the advice above by one of this forums regular volunteers/contributors to these communities?
AND, how do you or we know your iPad issues are the same or not?
Instead of signing up into these technical support community forums to complain and rant and waste everyone's time, why don't you simply start a new thread post of your very own and explain the issues you are having and maybe, just maybe someone here may have a solution for you, if the above solution didn't work for you already!

Ranting and complaining is against the Terms of Use (ToU). of these community support forums, that you agreed to when you signed up into these forums to post a rant/complaint into a 3 year old posting.
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold the Sleep/Wake and Home button down together until you see the Apple Logo.
Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Close all apps in the multi-task window
1.Double-click the Home button.
2. Swipe the app's preview up to close it.
3. Preview will fly off the screen.
