Q: Can't set Passcode time
When I go to Settings; Touch ID & Passcode it is not possible to change the "Require Passcode" to anything other than the default "Immediately". When I touch the arrow symbol next to Immediately, I get a new Window, but there are no options displayed except Immediately.
This is on a new iPhone 6, 64GB - happened right out of the box.
When I Reset Set all settings the Immediately can be changed as it should - but this erases all settings including my Touch ID finger prints. I can't say with certainty entering finger prints specifically removes changing the passcode time option - but I have reset things twice and performed various settings - both times initially I could change the Passcode time initially - but lost that ability.
I have performed a "Restore iPhone" to start from scratch. That has not changed stuff either.
iPhone 6, iOS 8

When Touch ID is enabled, "Immediately" is the only option you'll have. If you disable Touch ID, you'll see the additional options return to the "Require Passcode" menu. This is by design, most likely for security.
