Q: Iphone 5c phone fell blank screen and when charging making a bing noise/

My phone fell, now the screen is blank. I was only able to you voice control to make calls. I reset now nothing. I cannot even charge the battery. When attempting to charge the battery, i get a bing type noise. Please help.
