Q: 8.0.2 software update failed

on 8.0.0 and a wireless network, the agrement scren comes up , i click agree, next thing i get a box saying the update failed.

?? only option is retry or settings- no reason given for failure.

Go to settings & Reset after Reset you will need to enter your router wireless key Then after reset go to settings software update. This worked for me on iPhone & 2 iPads. Bsydd uk
