I have keynote files on my iPad that i made on my macbook, but now they are not transferring. I save a copy on the macbook to the cloud, but when I go to www.icloud.com, they are not there, and subsequently not transferring to my iPad either.

Thanks for the question. After reviewing your post, it sounds like documents are not being uploaded to iCloud. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.
