I download eps and cannot watch them using apple tv. computer is authorized and this has worked in the past.

I download eps from Season Passes and they appear on my home computer but when I go to play them on my TV using Apple TV they are not available. I do not understand why this continues to happen. My home computer is authorized. I've been able to view previous seasons but in the last year I've been having continual difficulty watching my tv shows. It's aggravating.
