Photo Edits Not Transferring from iPhone 5s on iOS8.02

Currently, none of the edits I make in the stock Photos app on my iPhone are transferring with the photo when I import into Aperture or iPhoto on my Mac. This includes crops, brightness adjustments, etc.

This never used to be a problem - if I cropped a photo using the stock photos app, the crop would follow the photo into Aperture.

I understand the Photos app uses non-destructive editing by embedding the edits into metadata.

Any thoughts?

Mac Mini running Yosemite Beta 4

Could it be a Yosemite Beta bug? Wouldn't think the OS would have anything to do with it since Aperture and iPhoto do the importing.
