Apple Watch- how clumsy will it be for left handed people who wear their watch on there RIGHT hand?

Just thinking of using the WATCH for lefty's. The stem is on the wrong side. Is this going to make it more awkward to use? Surely Apple has thought of this. I do not want to wear anything on my left wrist. What is Apple's explanation?
