Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you dont see a provider icon in the main menu. I would recommend that you read this article, it may be able to help you resolve or isolate the issue.
Apple TV: Troubleshooting third-party content providers
If the provider icon doesn't appear in the main menu
Check with the content provider to verify the service is available in your area.
Check your location: Go to Settings > iTunes Store > Location.
Restart your Apple TV: Go to Settings > General > Restart.
Make sure the content provider isn't restricted or hidden: Go to Settings > General > Restrictions, scroll to the content provider, and see if Restrictions are on.
