Order dispatched but has disappeared.

I ordered the new iPhone 6 on September 26th from the Apple Ireland online store. The order was processed and dispatched last Friday and due for delivery around the 9th October. I was just checking the order status and my order has vanished with the page saying that I have made no orders in the past 90 days.
