Q: Photo Not Syncing Completely

I have Iphone 6 with the latest IOS . I have A windows PC with the latest Itunes. I am having a problem linking all the pictures. I have 2183 pictures and when I sync it starts OK and at about 270 it stops

All pictures are in one folder. They are all jpg format and they are all good images. I am not sure why the syncing stops.

Any advice
