Q: ios8 has put my ipad in a loop

i downloaded ios 8 and now.after the start up page with hello in lots langues . then i tap code in

then it says udate completed so i continue.to finnish setting up i put password in or i skip then it says are u shure then i have to start all the process agen. plz help

Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both down until you see the Apple Logo then see if ipad will set up. Bsydd uk
