Itunes Match fails in initial set-up

ITunes keeps shutting down during step 2 of the set-up stage (Matching my library to the iTunes store). It seems to hang up every time at 15,145 songs, then ITunes shut's down, and asks me to sign out, sign back in, and try again. After 4 attempts, I'm quite sure it's not going to work on the 4th. Any suggestions other than reloading my library?
