Hi,
We're live on the store with our first comic, but want to update the title so it doesn't have letter boxing (it's a US Style Comic Book) and can also be viewed on iPhone.
The insanity surrounding the fact that iBooks Author doesn't allow you to create iPhone compatible iBooks aside, we're getting this message:
"the publication is expecting a multi-touch asset. you cannot upload an ePub to this publication"
Please help! We just want to reach a wider audience on mobile devices (iPhone 6 Plus is GREAT for Comics) and also offer our title in the correct size, without borders.
