IPhone virus turned screen negative and black

ive been traveling and connected to wifi connections last days everywhere and today when i woke up, the iPhone was great, then when i unblocked him it turned to the image that I sent. can so,eone help? the defenitions > wite to black stuff didnt worket, the screen looks very alike a virus, the colors change by its own.
