when I visit some sites on safari I get the following message: 400 Bad Request The SSL certificate error nginx. I cleared cookies, I cleared cache, I fixed keychain problems (not found...). On chrome or firefox I can open those web pages. What else could I do?

Empty Caches.
1. Safari > Preference > Advanced
Checkmark the box for "Show Develop menu in menu bar".
Develop menu will appear in the Safari menu bar.
Click Develop and select "Empty Caches" from the dropdown.
2. Quit Safari if open.
Option click the "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
Select "Library" and then "Caches".
Look for the folder 'com.apple.Safari"
Right click "com.apple.Safari" and select "Move to Trash"
Relaunch Safari.
Remove all website data.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and all other website data:
Press “Remove All Website Data” button

Try troubleshooting extensions.
From the Safari menu bar click Safari > Preferences then select the Extensions tab. Turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari to test.
If that helped, turn one extension on then quit and relaunch Safari to test until you find the incompatible extension then click uninstall.

If the Develop menu isn't showing in the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Advanced ▹ Show Develop menu in menu bar
Then select
Develop ▹ User Agent ▹ Internet Explorer 8.0 (or 9.0 or 10.0)
Try again to load the page.
