front facing camera doesn't work after screen replacement.

I got my display replaced a few days ago, but now the front facing camera will not turn on. In the camera, it goes black and freezes after turning it around. In apps that have access to my camera, the option does not exist. There is also some kind of spotty halo-like effect going on at the top of my screen, although I'm not sure if this is related or not. Does anyone know how to fix this or if Apple will be able to fix the problem?

This is normally caused if the rear camera is damaged. Now the rear camera may work fine but it is responsible for powering and controlling the front camera.

Other cause could be if the Tech put a damaged Front camera in the new assembly.

Normally not the case as MOST front screens are sold and installed as a complete assembly that includes the front camera on iPhone 5 and above.
