Healthkit data keeps disappearing, dashboard goes blank

Lately, my data for healthkit keeps disappearing. Yesterday I opened up healthkit to notice the last week of info was completely gone. Also, data that I said to show in dashboard no longer shows in the dashboard screen. If I try to turn it back on it doesn't work. I restarted the phone and the info all came back. Today the same thing happened again only this time I restarted the phone but all the info is still gone.

I have an IPhone 6 128 GB. Is anyone else having this issue?

Exact same thing here, been happening for the last week.

- iPhone 6 64GB 8.0.2

- Using Human and MyFitnessPal to read/write HealthKit data (shows as enabled sources in HealthKit)

- Over two days no data was being displayed and every time I opened HealthKit the Dashboard had reset

- Looking at a specific item (e.g. Dietary Calories), shows "No Data" and selecting "Show All Data" just gives a spinning wheel

- Called Apple Care, after 15min getting to a rep the data magically was displaying.

- Noticed later in the day that data entries were being duplicated, spent an hour cleaning it up.

- This morning, all data gone again. Glad I spent all that time trying to use this feature.

Same thing here. This time overnight. Had manually added lots of data. And have apps Human and Strava running and connected to Health app.

FIrst time it happened I switched from iPhone 5 to iPhine 6 and hoped it was a privacy measure (no health data in iCloud backup). But it seems to be a normal bug... Soft reset doesn't solve the problem here. Glad I'm not the only one...

Update for those of you who use MyFitnessPal. I noticed a correlation between duplicate MFP data in HealthKit and HealthKit availability. Generally the HealthKit data only seems to be "down" for part of the day and I would see up to six duplicates of any MFP provided entry. I have been checking HK periodically over the last two days and it has been unavailable the entire time (soft/hard resets did not help). After it finally came back today, there were more duplicates from MFP than I could possibly count resulting in over 50K calories consumed yesterday. It seems that MFP might be queuing up its entries and if not successful writing them it tries again. Other apps only show the correct number of entries when HK comes back online.

The above might be a design issue with MFP, but the cause is still HealthKit...Apple please fix this!

Same problem, iPhone 6 64 GB IOS 8.1.1. Worked fine for a couple of days, then lost it all. I'm using Withings, Lifesum and Fitbit. I thought first this was a sync issue but now it seems the prob is Health itself. I got this advice from lifesum helpdesk: "

"please uninstall Lifesum and when Health is then asking if the data should be deleted, please delete (as all data from Lifesum is stored on our server that data will be synced again).

The please activate the settings under Automatic Tracking and check under Source in Health that all the buttons there are activated as well"

I'm trying this but not convinced. Health keeps losing all data including birthday, gender etc. Dashboard loses not only data but also things i've chosen to show up f ex. weight...

Frustrating.

8.1.1 didn't solve this? Is there update coming?
