got married and now have two apple id's.
we want to merge our two id's to share one account. can this be done?

I'm afraid this is not possible. Purchases remain permanently tied to the account used to purchase them.

Accounts cannot be merged. Choose one, and use that as the main content purchasing account. You can then use Family Sharing to share that account's content to the other account.
