Oct 9, 2015 12:04 AM in response to pomme4moiby tbrobison,I am experiencing an issue of one Numbers document failing to sync in iCloud. I can see that it's trying, but it just doesn't make it. I tried the suggested fix from a link, a couple of posts above me, but that did not work. I created a new Numbers document from one of Apple's templates, and that would not upload.
I am running a late '09 macbook pro, OS X 10.11, one iPhone 6 +, one iPad 2, all with iOS 9.0.2
I realize that Pages, Numbers, and Keynote are still beta, but they've been beta forever. Come on Apple, either fix this so it works, or ditch it. I simply cannot rely on iCloud to keep my documents synced everywhere. Nice idea, but not ready for prime time. Back to Dropbox.

Aug 30, 2016 8:42 AM in response to dmiansby santra,Scoopy tried gatorpk1's "trick," which is to create a new document on a device. It doesn't work for me, either.
I've been battling Apple for three years on this. I've reduced my iCloud Drive, Numbers folder to ONE Numbers document, 400K. Whenever I edit it on one device, it takes HOURS for the other devices to update. I am not making this up. The whole thing is ridiculous.
Yes, I've tried deleting all iCloud documents on ALL devices, rebuilding all of them, etc. I've bought a brand new iPad. I've reimaged devices.
I could email it to myself faster. I could walk it to a different room on a floppy disk and that would be faster.
Nothing works.

Sep 5, 2016 9:21 PM in response to santraby 4xdrummer,Had this problem too - did the 'trick' and created a new file on my iPhone, did not add any data, exited out of the file and within a minute the other numbers files synced. Not sure what is going on, but the tricked worked for me.
System:
OS X 10.11.1
Numbers: 3.6.1
iOS 9.3.5
Number: 2.6.2
