Q: How to sell a book from Latin America?

Hello, I am trying to sell books in the iBookstore, I read all of the stuff out there and it says I need a US tax ID. Do I need it even though I am not from the US? If I need it, how can I get it from my country?

 

I live in Colombia. I asked in the apple resellers here, and they have no idea how to do it. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you also read the FAQ?  Because it says " If you only want to offer books for free, or you are an individual who is not based in the United States, you don’t need a U.S. Tax ID."
