Q: Can I buy an app from the US Mac App Store with a different currency? (I live in Brazil...)

I'm willing to buy a MacBook Pro soon and am just curious if I can buy an app from the Mac App Store (U.S.) with a different currency (I live in Brazil, so the currency would be Brazilian Reais to Dollars.... or do I have to change accounts, the country and buy it from the Mac App Store (Brazil?)

You can't buy content from a different country's Mac App Store.

não amigão, a Mac App Store, e a iTunes Store só vendem em dólar pra nós, mesmo que moremos no Brasil, por isso somos "obrigados" a ter cartão de crédito internacional.

No buddy, both Mac App Store and iTunes Store just sell apps with US Dollar currency for us, even we live in Brazil, this is why we must have International credit cards here.
