iMessage not downloading photo?

Hi all,

I recently got the iPhone 6 and have been happy with it, BUT I just received a photo through iMessage that I cannot view because it says it's downloading, even though it says 1.9 MB / 1.9 MB downloaded. Then I reset my phone and I just got a bubble with a huge question mark inside.... Can anyone help?
