I'm not receiving a text message to verify my phone number for two factor authentication. Also when I will activate keychain in my new iPhone 6 i'm not receiving a text message.

I have tried but still not working. It's also with the website of Apple ID. It kees saying: We have sent a temporary verification code to +31-xxxxxxx. Enter the code to verify this phone number. But I Dont receive the temporary verification code.

Yes, but without any luck. I can create a new keychain, but when I add my keychain from iCloud on my iPad i should get a text message but I dont receive the message. Maybe Apple is blocking my phone number?
As far as I know you can't add old keychain to new one anyway. That is why I told you to create new one when we started. Old one is gone. Keychain is useless anyway, all it does syncs safari, passwords and credit cards. Safari already syncs safari. The rest compromises security - who wants credit cards to sync in safari, unless they are protected by apple pay. Wifi passwords, just need to be re entered once.
