Installer has insufficient privileges

I'm trying to download the latest itunes onto my laptop and i get the following error

Installer had insufficient privileges to modify this file:-

Program Files-iTunes-iPod UpdaterExt.dll

I recently backed up my iphone 4 to iTunes and now want to install onto a iphone 5 however I cant do this unless I upgrade to the latest iTunes

I'm running windows 7
