security question

hey i have lost my security questions after i don't use it for about 2 months and know i can't purchase anything and i have some funds in the account i have triend to reset the password but it doesn't fix anything and my iphone is broken and i am currently using a pc to purchase apps

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then you can use that to reset them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170


If you don't have a rescue email address then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps on this page to add a rescue email address for potential future use : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5620
