Can I upgrade my 16 gb iPhone 6 to 32 gb ?

Have you owned your phone longer than 14 days? If you have, you can't upgrade to a larger device. If you have owned your phone less than 14 days, you can return it to Apple and pay the difference for the larger device. But they no longer offer a 32GB iPhone 6. It's 64 GB. And in case you are wondering, there is no way to add memory to an iPhone.

Otherwise, you can sell your iPhone, and use that money to buy the larger capacity model.

All stores have return policies. Check the return policy of the softer from which the iPhone was purchased

Are you sure you can do this? My mom wants to get me an iPhone 6 and she refuses to get the 64gb so she's going to buy the 16 -__-

Only the original purchaser can return it for a full refund within the 14 day period, and then can purchase the 64GB device.

Why would they give you more money?

You are simply returning a purchase. Just like returning anything else you may buy.

Apple is now on the holiday return policy. Any iPhone bought in the US since November 15 can be returned for a full refund until January 8, assuming it is in like-new condition.
