my ipad 2 had its os recently updated to ios 8. Since then I cannot download Scentific American any more.
Can I reset to ios 7?

Q: my iPad 2 with iOS8 cannot download Scientific American,can I reset it to iOS 7?
I have had several tries at the helpdesk of Scientific American but all to no avail. I strongly suspect the problem is with the Ios8 system because on my other iPad (running Ios7) everything works fine. What a mess!
