Preview PDF has multiple pages with same page number. Is it possible to print out the last page of each page number?

Hi, basically my lecturer uses PDFs like a powerpoint by adding a new line to each new PDF page. I want to print out the slides but obviously only the slide with all the information on. Preview seems to be able to recognise this as multiple pages are all the same number, so a 180 page PDF will only have say 40 numbers on the preview. Is there any way to only print out those 40 pages?
