Q: Bose® Bluetooth® headset Series 2 Not working with iPhone 6

Hi there,

I have been using the Bose® Bluetooth® headset Series 2 with iPhone 4. It was nice no problem reported. Excellent voice quality. Now I am upgraded to iPhone 6 and seems like the new iPhone 6 is not recognizing my bluetooth. It is not working at all.

Can you please suggest what is causing the problem ?

It appears as if you may be having some issues with Bluetooth on your new phone. The first set of troubleshooting steps I would like to suggest to you can be found in the following article:

Have you tried forgetting this in Bluetooth settinds then try to re join Bsydd uk

Hi,

I seem to be having the same issue with my Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2, it worked perfectly with my 5S.

Tried it, restarted my phone et al, doesn't work...called Bose as well, Firmware is the latest version...seems to be an issue with iOS 8
