Q: new emails not being delivered to my inbox

I'm having trouble getting new emails. I can see them on the server, but they just don't make it to my inbox. The account appears to be up and working, but they just seem to be getting stuck on the server. I've tried to restart and take accounts offline, but nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Thank you all.
