emoji's in my email name

Hi all,

I have a very frustrating issue- recently (2 days ago), I noticed that my email address, when listed in an email (both sent and received emails), has 2 emoji's between my first and last name! I can't find anywhere- contacts, Mail preferences, iCloud preferences, etc) where I can edit these out. Any clue how to get rid of these emoji's?

FYI, I'm running the 5 beta of Yosemite.
