Some of the pixels have broken and I have had my iPod 4th gen less than 2 years. Will they replace it?

Some of the pixels in my iPod have broken and I have had it or under 2 years. I was wondering if it would be replaced and how much it would cost.

iPod touch, iOS 6.1.4, White, 4th gen.
