Q: bluetooth problem on iOS8.0.2 with chest strap

I used to connect my chest strap using bluetooth(BLE) but it doesn't any longer using latest iOS 8.0.2, is there a fix for the issue? I have iphone 4S

I tried all the options, it didn't work, I still have the connection problem via bluetooth. I am using bluetooth low energy accessory to be specific.
