Q: The Media kind option is greyed out. What do I do?

I Bought "Ghost Stories" by Coldplay and the digital booklet won't open.

tried redownloading it.

tried changing the the media kind (couldn't do that).

I'm running iTunes 11.4 on windows 7

iPhone 5s, iOS 8.0.2

Help!
