get an error installing icloud drive for windows 8

can't install icloud with icloud drive 4.0 using windows 8 get an error message at the end of install process. ive tried disabling my anti virus software. it says (There is a problem with the windows installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact package vendor.)

Ive tried every thing I know to any help would be appreciated.

iPhone 5s, Windows 8, updated to os 8.02
