I'm using Win 8, iphone 6 and the latest itune. Everything was fine until yesterday when the backup was done halfway and stuck for more than 30 minutes.... Closed the app, delete all backup and now it's stuck at the same back up spot for 1 hour........
Anyone has a solution to this please?

Tried both but didn't work.
Found out that solution is just go command prompt and type "Netsh winsock reset"
