Is this the new norm for Apple and the Caching Server?
Will iOS 9 be allowed to be cached and served? What about Yosemite?

Sorry Hope, you probably won't get a lot of answers on this question. While Yosemite and OSX server is available for beta development, intimate details such as these void the NDA that I automatically adhered to by all apple developers. Posting a solution on this forum would be immediately revoked due to not following the guidelines.
Speculation is key here though. Since it has been talked about previously, I do not see any reason why Apple would not choose to incorporate these features....
