Q: How can you complain about a support supervisor?

I would like to insure Apple is aware of their support supervisors inability to resolve issues.  How can I provide this information to the appropriate person?

iPad 2, iOS 7.1.2

Call AppleCare and ask to be transferred to customer service. Have the number of your service call available.

Is the supervisor unable or they are unwilling to do what you are asking? They don't have carte blanche to do anything they want.

Where are you contacting Apple Support Supervisors? Which issues are not being addressed? Please provide links. If you mean here, then there are no Apple Staff, just other users like yourself. There are thousands of posts currently open waiting to be solved. Please be more specific.

    Thank You

Not here.  Calling support for over 4 months, got to a "supervisor", 3 more calls over a few weeks (it is complicated with older relative 250 miles away).  he told me there was no one further to talk to and I need to mail a letter to corporate headquarters.  I have just found the corporate mailing address an a link to give support feedback.  I kept going around in circles on the support site earlier and ended up here.

As I said, call and ask to be transferred to Customer Service or write a snail mail letter to corporate headquarters (you can get the address in the contacts link at the bottom of this screen). If the supervisor said there was nothing more they can do then that means they were following Apple's procedures and there is nothing more they can do you will have to take the problem higher. Or you won't be able to get the problem resolved to your liking.

Not likely here, unless the AppleID is a throwaway as it was created today and this post is the sum. If I had to guess, iPad & iOS 7x leads one to conclude iOS 8x issues are likely. Supervisors are routine in AppleCare calls. Bad news is they don't have answers for iOS 8 wackiness.

Did I miss the OP talking about iOS 7 and iOS 8? Has one of the OPs posts been deleted?

OP; " Calling support for over 4 months,"

That would rule out iOS 8 plus they said they were calling on behalf of a relative.
