Bluetooth Walkie Talkie app for both iOS and Android?

A Bluetooth walkie-talkie app would be nice to have on my iPhone. However, not everyone I want to communicate with uses an iPhone. Is there an app for BOTH iOS and Android? I have been looking in the Google Play and App Store, but found no app that uses Bluetooth for both operating systems. If someone finds one, please let me know.
