Hi there, ok so I've updated from the 8 to the 8.0.2 and my phone has been a mess ever since.
The phone doesn't ring with calls come in, nor alerts me to text arrivals. And not to mention the text nightmare... Texts that have been sending for 3 days... So
Yesterday morning I did a factory restore after doing a system backup. Last night my phone alerted me when a text arrived... I almost jumped out of my skin as it's been so long since it was audible. So I was jubilant thinking the issues were solved... Well... No they aren't because today it just freezes.. I can push anywhere on the screen and the letters are showing up that apparently I'm randomly typing yet the keyboard does not appear... nothing will send and the message screen is locked up. My Poor phone is a hot mess right now... I need help as I do not have a business line as my cell phone is my contact for all my business inquires and it's not functioning...
Regards and desperate to go back in iPhone time to where my phone worked in harmony with it's operating system...
