I Am unable to cancel my app subscription to big ten to go. the big ten network says I have to cancel it from settings. The directions they gave me does not work. How do I stop this? Help!,,,

And you've tried on both your iPad and your computer's iTunes (and you have just the one iTunes account) ? You could also try contacting iTunes Support and see if they can find and stop it renewing : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption
Yes those are the instructions that I have tried. Problem is when I get to the point of manage subscriptions... There is not an option for that.
