Oct 10, 2014 12:29 AM in response to QMARGOby R C-R,You have not given us much info to work with, so let's start with the basics:
Have you tried a new battery? Made sure the ATV itself is getting power? Tried another remote, like the Remote app for an iPhone or iPad?

Oct 10, 2014 12:54 AM in response to R C-Rby QMARGO,I changed the battery, tried to work with my iPhone, but I can't seem to
link back the remote to the apple tv. everything seems to be working, the
box, the tv the remote. but the box is being ultra sensitive at this time.
tried shutting off and on. Everything.
Please excuse typos and brevity

Oct 10, 2014 1:28 AM in response to QMARGOby R C-R,So to make sure I understand what is happening, you can select the TV input that the ATV is connected to & you see the ATV home page screen with the app icons & so on, but you can't change anything on that screen using either the ATV's remote nor the iPhone Remote app?
