Upgrade to 16gb ram on Macbook 13" Late 2013 Model A1502

Hi

I got a Macbook Pro Retina 13" Late 2013 Model A1502. My question is:

Can i upgrade it from 8GB to 16GB ram ?

Someone says no and others says Yes.

im confused.

If its possible: Which one should i purchase? 204 or 240 pin? can i mount 2400MHz instead of the 1600MHz the model is "Born" with?

Thanks

I Believe the 13" A1502 cannot be upgraded after purchase as all ram is soldered to the main logic board, there are no ram slots.
