I would like to know if Apple is still signing the code for iOS 7.1.2 ? I have the iOS version 8.0.2 currently installed. I'm using iPad 2 and also ipad 4 with retina display. iPad 2 is 16 gb, with 4 gb storage available. The retina display ipad 4 is 32 gb with 11.3 available.

Minus the lengthy reasons which would risk being interpreted as rant, I would like to know if I can reinstall the prior version of iOS 7?

If this is an option, i could really use S-B-S instructions, 'For dummies.'
